I believe true success is measured by how many people we help and the contribution we make to improve our world.

As a recruitment professional, I believe the best way to achieve this is to work with business to support the community in a “whole systems” approach integrating business, the community and people. To achieve this, I founded innovate360 as a Social Enterprise Recruitment Agency that donates 20% of all recruitment fees to charity enabling business and the community  to collaborate & support each other towards mutually beneficial outcomes, making a positive contribution to the health and well-being of the community in which we all live and work.

I find it very satisfying working with clients, candidates, charities and community leaders to make a real and positive difference. To date we have donated substantial amounts of money to charities working with society’s most vulnerable people including the homeless, children, the cognitively impaired, the frail & infirmed and the disabled.

I am always open to hearing from people who would like to make a positive contribution to society, whether it be a candidate who wishes to have their employment generate a charitable donation, an employer who wishes to enhance their Corporate Social Responsibility profile, or create “Shared Value”, or whether it is a Charity or NFP that is looking for an alternative means of funding.
